About the role | The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, a self-starter with excellent written and oral skills. We offer an exciting environment and are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person with the ability to take on new challenges. The candidate must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills combined with an entrepreneurial spirit. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for this position. Additionally, this person must have the ability to multi-task at a high level. For this position, you are not expected to know how to handle everything. You are, however, expected to be driven to figure out how to handle anything. In addition to being a thorough professional with strong communication abilities and focus on the department’s goals.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The  Client Service Manager  will actively support the Operations team on a day-to-day basis helping support both our self-performed and subcontracted services. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, a self-starter with excellent written and oral bi-lingual communication skills (preferred). We offer an exciting environment and are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person with the ability to take on new challenges. The candidate will report directly to the Sr. VP of Client Relations and/or Department Heads and will not only handle the administrative and coordination of the daily tasks but is expected to own the operations process from front to end and execute constant follow-up on all stages in the completion of a task.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Expected skills and competencies necessary to perform duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
\n
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
\n
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
\n
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
\n
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
\n
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
\n
• Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
\n
• Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
\n
• Data Collection and Monthly Reporting
\n
• Managing of all sub-contracted signoffs monthly
\n
• Serving as a central HUB for the operations team; scheduling of new jobs, routing of drivers, closing the loop on open tickets
\n
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
\n
• Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
\n
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
\n
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, field training, and other related activities as needed and when required
\n
• Assist with other operation related projects as needed
\n
• Review/Use ASANA (tasks management software) on a daily basis
\n
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
\n
• Other duties may be assigned.
