This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and convenience in your work setting. Our outpatient office operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some scheduling flexibility based on patient needs. With minimal paperwork, you can devote more time to developing therapeutic relationships and enhancing client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive the most appropriate modalities for their circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health research, contributing to an environment of ongoing learning and service improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in guiding clients toward healing, personal growth, and improved mental health, making a lasting impact on their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• Ability to apply evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients effectively.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
