Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify unique patient experiences, leading to the development of tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to meet the specific needs of each patient.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on strategies to address various mental health concerns and foster resilience in clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and well-being for all clients.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge for their mental health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Actively take part in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions centered on cultural competency and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
