As a remote outpatient facility, our operational model allows us to adapt to the needs of our clients while providing our team members with the flexibility to balance their work and personal responsibilities. You'll be part of a skilled behavioral health team that communicates openly and collaborates regularly through digital platforms. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured yet flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate couple and family therapy sessions, emphasizing communication strategies and conflict resolution techniques.

• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health record (EHR) documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and providing continuity of care.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other healthcare professionals to optimize holistic patient care and outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities including workshops, training, and peer consultation groups to stay current in therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A valid license in New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy is essential, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
