Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in ongoing communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to report patient progress and address any issues that may arise in treatment.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical interactions, including detailed clinical notes and progress reports, in compliance with department policies and applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing psychosocial assessments to guide interventions and discharge planning procedures.

• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services to clients, effectively assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues through evidence-based practices.

• Assist patients with discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition to aftercare services and coordinating access to additional resources as needed.

• Engage family members and support systems in discussions related to client treatment and discharge planning, fostering a holistic approach to care.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse population, including adults and children experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional or behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in using technology and software tools, including but not limited to MS Office Suite and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
