Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services through individual, group, and family sessions while utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Engage in regular consultations with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention care to clients experiencing acute mental health distress, applying your expertise and empathy to guide them through critical situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and mitigate stigma in our local and broader communities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds who face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief. Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and building strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
