Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs. Based on these assessments, you will formulate personalized treatment plans that align with the goals and values of each individual.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing an array of techniques suitable for individual, group, and family therapy contexts. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities tailored to specific needs.

• Continuously collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive therapeutic experience for clients, improving coordination of care.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and resources to clients experiencing acute distress or mental health emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, including workshops and seminars designed to promote mental health awareness and combat stigma in the Buffalo community.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Competence and sensitivity in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses are crucial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
