This position allows you the flexibility to work remotely while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the unique mental health and substance use needs of clients, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to deliver effective therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, ensuring a personalized approach that addresses a wide spectrum of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to create a seamless care coordination experience for clients, ensuring holistic treatment strategies are in place.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals enrolled in our Detox Center, many of whom are tackling substance use disorders alongside varying mental health conditions. This unique focus requires a nuanced understanding of both mental health and addiction, as well as a commitment to fostering a respectful and supportive environment for individuals from various backgrounds and stages of recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field, including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with a diverse array of clients.

• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity, equipped to work successfully with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• A high level of organizational and time management skills, ensuring punctual and accurate documentation and compliance with organizational protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in treating individuals with co-occurring disorders involving both mental health and substance use issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
