Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive changes in clients’ mental health.

• Document clinical records accurately and securely, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, attending case consultations and peer review sessions to continually enhance the care provided.

• Support and educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources, empowering them to participate actively in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
