Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Surgical Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at CareSync Healthcare Solutions. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, plan, and implement comprehensive medical care for our patients within the surgical center. Collaborating closely with our experienced physicians, you will operate at the full scope of your licensure to coordinate and deliver high-quality healthcare services. Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our surgical center, which is designed to foster a collaborative atmosphere among healthcare professionals. You will work in a fast-paced yet supportive environment with access to advanced medical equipment and a team-oriented culture that encourages professional development and teamwork. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, primarily attending to patients in the afternoon and evening shifts starting at 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and meticulously review patient medical histories to provide precise diagnoses.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies, to develop informed treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions and illnesses within the family medicine scope, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians to create personalized treatment strategies for chronic conditions and infectious diseases.
• Prescribe medications, monitor patient responses, and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols.
• Maintain detailed and organized patient records and schedules, upholding standards of documentation and care management.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and lifestyle changes.
• Oversee and manage patients’ overall health and well-being, promoting healthy lifestyle practices and preventive care strategies.
• Proactively participate in daily rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance continuity of care.
• Stay current with advancements in primary care through regular participation in professional development and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited institution.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Active state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of two years of proven clinical experience in a family health clinic or a similar healthcare setting, focusing on primary care.
• Demonstrated specialization or expertise in family medicine.
• Thorough knowledge of health regulations and patient care best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on enhancing patient interaction and education.
• Strong ethical grounding and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

• A current DEA registration number.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Surgical Physician Assistant position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 160,000 annually, inline with experience.
