Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from multicultural backgrounds, with specific emphasis on ethnic minorities, immigrants, and the LGBTQ+ community. Your expertise in culturally responsive therapy will allow you to develop treatment plans that respect and integrate patients’ unique cultural contexts, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active mental health license (i.e., LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong clinical knowledge of mental health disorders and demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
