This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting while still being part of an engaging outpatient office team. Our standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and a deep commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience conducting therapy that respects individual client backgrounds and utilizes inclusive treatment strategies.

• Proven crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
