Work Environment\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work from the comfort of your home while being connected to a supportive team dedicated to your professional growth. The work schedule extends from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, where some flexibility may be necessary to align with your patients' needs. Participation in case conferences and group meetings will be conducted virtually, ensuring constant collaboration and support among colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting culturally sensitive mental health assessments that take into account the unique experiences of each patient to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are mindful of individual cultural and personal backgrounds to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health issues, thereby fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate seamless care for patients.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Florida is essential.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly in culturally responsive therapy.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy that is inclusive and respectful of diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
