Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments, aimed at understanding each patient’s unique experiences and challenges, to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to the individual needs of patients, respecting their cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health concerns and promoting resilience and well-being.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, acting decisively to support individuals during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, discussing treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on patient care strategies.

• Stay updated on current research and trends in mental health therapy, ensuring best practices are applied in clinical settings.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ community members, and immigrant populations. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
