Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions through virtual consultations, ensuring a thoughtful evaluation of their concerns and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and adjusting them as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver integrated care and effectively address complex cases.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health challenges and promoting active participation in the recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

The clients you will work with come from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, each requiring personalized interventions tailored to their specific needs. You will address a wide range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, particularly within a telehealth or remote service setting.

• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices pertinent to a variety of mental health issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building and motivate clients throughout their therapeutic pathways.

• Attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
