Work Environment\n

Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility in hours based on patient needs and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain the needs of clients and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate support groups that promote understanding and provide a safe space for clients to share their experiences and challenges.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a unified approach to patient care.

• Respond to mental health crises, offering interventions that support clients during emergencies.

• Educate clients on mental health topics, treatment options, and utilization of community resources available to them.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation is maintained in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through case consultation and team meetings, as well as staying abreast of advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
