Sanity Family Care Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our integrated care team in Plano, Texas. This full-time position allows for remote work while providing vital mental health services in a community health clinic setting. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in addressing the psychological needs of patients coping with both mental health and medical challenges.

Work Environment\n

The therapist will work remotely while being a part of a progressive psychiatrist outpatient office. Our work environment promotes flexibility and collaboration, enabling you to connect with fellow medical and mental health professionals seamlessly. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological impact of medical conditions on each patient.

• Create and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on building therapeutic alliances and enhancing patient engagement through person-centered approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals grappling with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and effective collaboration with medical professionals is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
