Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and supportive individual therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Implement treatment plans by observing and documenting pertinent patient information to track progress towards therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to orient them to our services, answering any questions and providing essential support.

• Assist patients with personal needs during sessions, ensuring a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Complete timely and accurate progress notes at the end of each shift, reflecting the patient's progress and concerns.

• Participate in crisis management by promptly reporting any changes in patient behavior and responding appropriately to emergencies.

• Advocate for services on behalf of your patients, ensuring they receiving the best support tailored to their needs.

• Maintain an understanding of the treatment goals for each assigned patient, demonstrating your commitment to their care.

• Show proficiency in managing your time effectively to maximize productivity while maintaining quality service delivery.

Qualifications\n
