This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver services. Our telehealth facility allows you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining deeply connected to your clients through virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that integrate their goals and the latest clinical practices.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment effectiveness, and progress to support ongoing treatment and comply with regulatory standards.

• Stay current with developments in mental health counseling through continuous education and training, ensuring the utilization of best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach and commitment to understanding each client’s unique background will be essential to creating effective therapeutic relationships that foster healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential.

• Strong proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and creating tailored treatment strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive environment for clients and collaboration among colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Horizons Pathways offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
