This role operates within a fully remote setting, allowing our team members to perform their duties from home while ensuring patient confidentiality. Our therapeutic modalities are delivered through a secure telehealth platform, with a flexible work schedule available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. There is no on-call work, fostering a healthy work-life balance for all employees. As a community health clinic, we prioritize holistic care, which means you will also collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and support staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adults via live video conferencing, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with other psychiatric providers to create a comprehensive and integrated treatment plan that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional improvements, and progress measurements to monitor treatment outcomes and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.

• Engage in regular consultations with team members for support, professional insight, and case discussions to enhance care quality.

• Create and maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records (EHRs) to document client progress and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population consists of adults facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Our virtual format ensures that we reach individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services, thereby making mental health care more equitable and accessible for diverse demographics. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
