Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy services tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring a focus on clinical excellence and outcomes.
• Conduct detailed assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Use a variety of therapeutic modalities to conduct effective therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish measurable goals and regularly assess their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain compliant and organized clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards, ensuring that all client interactions are thoroughly recorded.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a similar field.
• Full licensure by the State Board is required, allowing for independent practice (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
