We primarily serve a population with private health insurance, allowing us to focus on personalized treatment plans. Our integrated team comprises highly qualified professionals, including one PTA and two physical therapists, dedicated to ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.

Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office, completely onsite, and offers a full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. This structure provides a predictable environment conducive to patient care while allowing for collaborative planning with our experienced healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care as per the prescribed treatment plans from referring physicians, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Utilize thorough evaluation techniques to assess patient conditions accurately and develop effective therapy strategies.
• Design tailored treatment programs aimed at achieving patient-specific objectives, modifying them as needed based on observed patient response and tolerance during sessions.
• Implement safety protocols and respond to emergency procedures to ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Maintain clear and precise documentation of patient progress in accordance with departmental policies, ensuring accurate records for quality control and compliance.
• Engage in collaborative care by contributing to family conferences and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment options and progress for assigned patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, providing insights during chart reviews and other evaluative activities within the department.
• Perform additional duties as required to support departmental functions and enhance patient support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Graduation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.

• Experience in developing customized exercise routines tailored to meet individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to manage patient care efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
