LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with an amazing corporation in Chandler, AZ that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! This is a full-time in-office Monday through Friday Position. $58,000-$68,0000 salary range depending on prior experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Match, Annual Bonus, PTO + Holidays, 1 day remote AFTER training period, and more! Job Duties include but not limited:
- Posting incoming payments
- Applying payments to customer accounts
- Researching outstanding AR balances
- Reviewing customer ledgers
- Reconciling payment discrepancies
- Correcting payment applications
- Communicating about missing or incorrect payments
- Verifying customer account balances
- Communicating closely with internal and external teams
- The California Fair Chance Act
