Work Environment\n

This fully remote role allows our therapists to work from their preferred locations. Our flexible work schedules enable clinicians to set their caseloads anywhere from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, in accordance with their individual preferences and availability. By managing all administrative tasks, we empower our therapists to concentrate solely on providing high-quality services to clients, with no on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and implement short-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing empirical assessment tools and adhering to clinical best practices.

• Engage in continuous clinical supervision alongside licensed psychologists and healthcare professionals to ensure quality therapy and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including crisis management, solution-focused therapy, relationship counseling, skill development, and dual disorder management.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and thorough electronic health records using telehealth platforms while ensuring patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.

• Foster a collaborative environment by participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing clinical insights, and contributing to treatment planning and case management discussions.

• Regularly assess patient treatment goals, adjusting therapeutic modalities based on client progress and response to interventions.

• Prepare detailed reports, therapy notes, and letters as needed, engaging with external community resources, caregivers, or schools to gather pertinent client information with appropriate permissions.

• Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in mental health practice, continually enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge.

Our therapists primarily serve diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and dual-diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current LMFT license (or Psy.D) valid in the state of Florida.

• At least two years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and groups.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to deliver effective client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
