Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments, actively monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses to devise comprehensive intervention strategies that address client needs from a holistic perspective.

• Maintain regular communication with attending physicians regarding the progress and changes in the mental health condition of clients who have been hospitalized.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Offering a competitive compensation package, the annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 101,000, commensurate with experience and productivity.
