Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized, outcome-focused therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Document treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policy and state regulations.

• Facilitate individual and, where applicable, family and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to guide treatment strategies effectively.

• Engage in regular consultation with team members to enhance service delivery and develop new therapeutic strategies.

• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in mental health therapy to continuously improve service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing an array of mental health challenges. This encompasses youth, families, and couples needing guidance and support in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A strong foundation in clinical assessment, evidence-based therapeutic practices, and a deep understanding of mental health disorders.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear interactions with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflecting the value we place on our therapists' expertise and dedication.
