Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, providing the flexibility of a balanced work-life schedule while maintaining stability through designated work hours. Our collaborative online environment encourages communication among team members and fosters a culture of continuous learning and support. The therapist will follow a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to ensure availability for client sessions as well as team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality virtual counseling sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
\n
• Regularly document session notes, track client progress, and maintain compliance with established clinical and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated treatment strategies.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques when required, providing immediate support to clients in distress and ensuring their safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation requirements.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology for seamless service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
