Work Environment\n

This role offers a unique remote work setting, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to provide therapy from anywhere while remaining connected to a collaborative team of mental health experts. Although primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings and teamwork activities may occur. The work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate varying client needs, including possible evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs, ensuring personalized care.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that directly align with the individual goals and circumstances of clients.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, using a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each demographic.

• Document and maintain confidential records of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
