Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and holistic assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and environmental challenges while collaborating with educators and parents.

• Provide compassionate counseling and emotional support to individuals and families experiencing stressors related to school, home, and community life.

• Deliver crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, for students facing immediate psychosocial crises.

• Engage in consultations with teachers, school administrators, and community organizations to coordinate services for students and advocate for their needs.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources and the services provided by Rushton Health Valley Care.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to enhance collective knowledge and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse population of students, often facing various life challenges that may affect their academic performance and emotional health. This includes working with children and adolescents dealing with trauma, anxiety, learning disabilities, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
