This position allows for a fully remote work setting, enabling counselors the ability to conduct sessions in a comfortable environment while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office. The work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life structure. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Document ongoing case notes, treatment plan reviews, and other necessary documentation in compliance with company policies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, building rapport and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Employ innovative and creative interventions tailored to each client's needs, helping them set and achieve their personal goals.

• Coordinate care in collaboration with case managers, families, schools, and other medical professionals as necessary.

• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and additional training sessions to enhance therapeutic techniques and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Embrace Psychology, you will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
