Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients in a flexible and efficient manner. With a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be some flexibility required based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify and analyze patients’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies.

• Deliver individual and group therapy to diverse clients, utilizing remote communication tools to foster therapeutic rapport and engagement.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to promote mental health awareness and foster a community of support among clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and confidentially in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to collaborative decision-making and shared learning among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health conditions. These include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use challenges. Your ability to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each client will be crucial in driving positive therapeutic outcomes and supporting their journey toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Proven ability to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, with a focus on diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
