Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate both therapeutic interventions and measurable goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to address client-specific concerns.

• Carry out individual and group therapy sessions while fostering a safe and trusting environment that encourages open communication and personal growth.

• Document and maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including workshops and continuing education courses, to remain at the forefront of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Faith Works Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals across the lifespan, from children to seniors, who may be experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Our team is dedicated to understanding each client's unique life circumstances and mental health challenges to better support their journey towards wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, working with diverse populations and mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems; familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
