Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of clients. This includes formulating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, as well as behavioral guidelines.

• Create and maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all health care regulations.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to assess the needs and progress of clients as directed by the clinical team, ensuring a data-driven approach to therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to promote quality standards across our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Through empathetic engagement and tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help clients navigate their mental health challenges and support their journeys toward wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is mandatory to ensure practical experience prior to independent practice.

• Must be eligible for licensing in the state of Florida and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients.

• A strong aptitude for active listening, empathy, and guidance provision during counseling sessions.

• Attention to detail and robust organizational skills are necessary to manage a case load effectively.
