Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with urgency, offering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to increase mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, adhering to all relevant ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent, active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Show strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to deliver quality care and maintain documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, ideally in roles focused on individual and group therapy.
