Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional ethics during interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing progress, discussing stability, upcoming appointments, and preparing for discharge as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and assessments, contributing to cohesive client records.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential client information and establish treatment pathways.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create a cohesive approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication. Annual earnings range from USD 75,000 to 90,000 based on your qualifications and experience, complemented by a fee-for-service model.
