Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions tailored specifically to each client's unique situation.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other treatment professionals to enhance the quality of care provided and ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment and integrate that knowledge into your therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis of Healing Counseling Center offers an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
