The physical therapist will work onsite in our outpatient office located in Manassas, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, determining individual treatment needs in an outpatient office setting.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing diverse techniques like exercise therapy, manual therapy, and advanced modalities aimed at reducing pain and enhancing mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to treatment and adjusting care plans as necessary to align with evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and families about their condition, treatment options, and home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Provide training on the use of assistive devices and ensure safe transitions between therapeutic and everyday activities.
• Keep abreast of the latest in physical therapy by attending workshops, participating in continuing education, and engaging with professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with clients who are recovering from various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and injury recovery. Our diverse patient base includes children, adults, and senior patients, ensuring that you will encounter a wide range of cases and have the opportunity to make significant impacts on numerous lives. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Virginia.
