Key Responsibilities\n

In your position as an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual and couples therapy tailored to the unique needs of your clients across various age groups.

• Utilizing a dedicated billing service that manages client claims, insurance accounts receivable, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on providing therapy.

• Timely completion of all necessary documentation and record-keeping for your clients, adhering to legal and professional standards.

• Efficiently scheduling ongoing appointments and maintaining an updated calendar, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

• Demonstrating versatility in working with diverse clinical presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role involves engaging with a broad spectrum of patients, from children to adults, many of whom may be experiencing sensitive transitions during hospice care. You will play a critical role in helping patients and families navigate emotional challenges, providing much-needed support during possibly the most difficult times of their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Exemplary professional conduct along with strong therapeutic boundaries and cultural sensitivity.

• Well-developed therapeutic skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Availability to work full-time, with a flexible schedule that includes a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, inclusive of bonuses. As part of our contractual arrangement, we provide various benefits:
