Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on clients' mental health evaluations and identified needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using established therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's situation, focusing on methods that advance their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base ranges from adolescents to adults, presenting with various mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. As a counselor, your compassionate approach will allow you to create safe therapeutic relationships that foster trust and encourage clients to share their experiences openly.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health license issued by the state of Illinois, including qualifications such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, fostering a safe environment for their healing process.

• Possess a strong sense of ethical responsibility and professional integrity in client interactions.

• Excellent organizational skills that support effective management of case loads and administrative tasks.
