Leading an industrial account sales team, the full-time remote Sales Director, Industrial Accounts will drive order targets, volume growth, and customer satisfaction while developing and executing sales strategies across market verticals. Key responsibilities Lead and coach account managers to achieve sales targets and margin outcomes Develop and implement sales strategies for key customers and market verticals Forecast bookings and manage sales pipelines to align with growth priorities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree desirable with technical background or aptitude Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales pursuits Experience managing direct reports and account management teams Experience selling within U.S. industrial market verticals Work authorization to permit employment in the United States
