Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on children and adolescents with various mental health needs such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of post-licensure experience, preference will be given to candidates with experience in a community health or educational setting. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and experience using telehealth platforms will strengthen your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
