Work Environment\n

This position is a full-time, remote role with occasional in-office responsibilities to facilitate group therapy sessions and team meetings at our outpatient office. Our flexible schedule allows for a favorable work-life balance while promoting continuous professional development. You will work Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend hours, enabling you to dedicate your time to your clients during the day.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Well Power Health Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, supporting them through various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, along with a valid LPCC license to practice in California. A strong commitment to serving young adults and a passion for mental health advocacy are essential qualities we seek.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
