Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and outcomes tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and well-coordinated care for each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans as required to ensure client stability and safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus.
