This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while effectively serving your clients. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you have suitable time for both personal and professional commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based and solution-focused practices.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other assessed modalities to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Keep detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines, such as HIPAA compliance.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care and therapeutic practices offered.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, promoting an informed and supportive network.

• Continually stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health, integrating new findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing compassionate care to individuals facing various mental health challenges. This will include working with clients who may be experiencing significant trauma, individuals diagnosed with anxiety disorders, and those struggling with depression. Your role will be to empower these clients, enabling them to develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques to tailor interventions specific to the unique needs of each client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth settings or familiarity with electronic health record systems will be highly advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
