This role is primarily remote, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while maintaining access to comprehensive support from our team. We operate during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured yet flexible work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients, developing personalized treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective interventions tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation that meets HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing information on mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Stay current with research, emerging trends, and best practices in the mental health field to enhance the quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges. You will work with patients dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other emotional difficulties. Our diverse population reflects the multicultural community of Reading, Pennsylvania, allowing you to utilize your cultural competence and sensitivity in therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based therapy techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.
