Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in Washington State.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and create effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to a broad spectrum of clients.
