Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Conduct extensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans that reflect clients’ personal goals and mental health needs.

• Interface regularly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all aspects of a client’s health—their psychological, social, and environmental conditions—are addressed effectively.

• Document treatment progress, client interactions, and intervention outcomes accurately and promptly within our healthcare records system, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health counseling and incorporate these into practice to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client base, including adults and families experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our clients come from various socioeconomic backgrounds, which requires a culturally competent and empathetic approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent mental health professional credential.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations within community mental health settings or similar environments.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create a safe space for clients to express themselves.

• A demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with crisis intervention and management, as well as familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
