Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, creating individualized treatment plans that reflect observed issues and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate and possibly lead group therapy sessions, creating a supportive environment for shared experiences and collective healing.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external community agencies to ensure comprehensive care delivery and continuity for clients.

• Engage in ongoing psychotherapy and provide case management support as part of a multidisciplinary treatment approach, advocating for the emotional well-being of each client.

• Educate clients, their families, and community stakeholders on relevant social and emotional factors related to mental health, possibly conducting workshops or training sessions.

• Stay abreast of emerging treatment methodologies, actively researching and implementing new techniques to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to supplementary community resources as needed, ensuring holistic support for every client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any communications relevant to care delivery.

• Perform intensive counseling and psychotherapeutic services tailored to the unique challenges and goals of clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Valid and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Reflective Space Counseling Services, LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to $130,000 per year for this full-time position.
