Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and responses to therapy.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the distinct requirements of each patient, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, utilizing data-driven methods to monitor their progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Engage in crisis management as needed, utilizing your strong clinical judgment to provide immediate support to clients in distress.

• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to document treatment sessions and outcomes effectively, while minimizing administrative burdens to allow more time for client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with mild to moderate mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline is required.
