Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis interventions and crisis management strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to inform clinical decisions and interventions, thereby enhancing the quality of client care.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement individualized positive behavior support plans.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to aid in client advocacy and resource acquisition.

• Facilitate open communication with all stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

• Engage with local, state, federal, and private organizations to identify funding opportunities and forge beneficial partnerships.

• Prioritize personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, trainings, and meetings within the field.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support organizational effectiveness and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals seeking support for emotional health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and individuals with brain injuries. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving client outcomes and fostering recovery through tailored interventions and ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While a specific prior experience is not mandated, candidates with background experience in community health clinics, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic practices will find themselves well-prepared for the challenges of this role. Experience in collaborative care and familiarity with documentation standards are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
